Tallin Music Week 2026

Our co-founder, Andra, was invited to take part in the "Keychange, Music and the Future: The Missing Voices” panel at Tallinn Music Week.

A very important discussion on the structural barriers that still shape our industry and why equity must become infrastructure, not just intention.

The panel made it clear: Equity isn't a lineup, it's an infrastructure.

Andra Vasile exposed how racism is often rebranded as "genre preference."

Martin Goldschmidt showed that representation must persist even under political pressure.

Ave Sophia Demelemester pushed for stronger Baltic systems to bridge the pay gap.

Rana Bassil reminded us that funding and access are never "neutral."

Grateful to have shared the stage with such inspiring voices.
