Ana Gabriela Ionescu is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law, with over 15 years of expertise in the music and entertainment industries. Throughout her career, she has provided legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, including composers, producers, artists, record labels, and music publishers, both locally and internationally. 

 

Ana Gabriela began her collaboration with Global Records in 2016 where currently she is the Head of Sync & Licensing. In this key role, she is responsible for the strategic exploitation and licensing of music through synchronization deals with local and international partners. She works closely with film production companies, music supervisors, advertising agencies and other industry players, overseeing the licensing process. By leveraging her deep understanding of music culture and legal frameworks, Ana has built a robust network of external partners, driving international success for the artists in Global Records' catalogue through synchronization of music in prominent film productions, TV series, video games or commercials with leading partners such as ABC, Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Sky Max, HBO, Wolfe, EA Sports, Victoria's Secret among others.

 

Global Records is the home of the largest group of artists, songwriters, music producers and content creators in CEE, with imprints in Bucharest, Berlin and Los Angeles. Central to the essence of Global Records is the 360 degrees model it operates that includes record label and label services, publishing house, booking & events agency and online advertising & endorsement agency. All divisions seamlessly collaborate, creating an integrated entertainment ecosystem and striving to offer only the best services for the talents and the exploitation of its catalogue.
