Began his career in sound through various electronic music projects as Kosak, most notably “Gojira & Kosak”.
For the past 20 years however, he’s been working mainly in Sound Design/Editing and film-scoring. With more than 100 films under his belt, and multiple awards, he currently branching out into art installations based around sound.
Marius won various prizes and to mention some of them:
Best Music at Gopo Awards for scoring the original sountrack of “Boss” in 2024
Best original score award "Adrian Enescu" for "Men of Deeds" in 2023
Best Sound Design Special Prize at Toronto After Dark Film Festival for "Blood Machine" in 2019
Best music by Mostra de València-Cinema del Mediterrani for "A Shelter Among the Clouds" in 2019
Best Music offered by Romanian Union of Filmmakers for "One Step Behind the Seraphims" in 2018
