Victor Mihăilescu

Victor is a Music Supervisor at Loud Biscuit, where he bridges the gap between artists and filmmakers. He specializes in sourcing and licensing the perfect music for film, TV, and advertising projects. This includes scouting existing tracks, securing necessary clearances, and overseeing the creation of original scores. Victor believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with directors and producers to translate their creative vision into impactful soundtracks.

Prior to Loud Biscuit, Victor founded Underdog Records, an independent label that championed Romanian indie music. He also launched Underdog Station, an online music TV platform that showcased hundreds of emerging artists.

As a seasoned music producer with over a decade of experience, Victor has was part of acts like Yoon (signed to Junkdog Records by members of Faithless), Cobzality (Universal Music), and Platonic Scale.
